Welland Park
The TENNIS FOR FREE coaching programme at Welland Park is now administered in partnership with the Welland Park Friends group. Please note that whilst we still list this site as FREE COACHING, there is now a £1 per person nominal charge per session. This charge is to cover the equipment, balls and racquet costs along with additional staffing costs. The courts are still FREE on a turn up and play basis throughout the week.
Under the guidance of lead coach Paul Bradfield, the popular sessions take place every Sunday from 10.00am-12.00noon and are open to all ages (from 4yrs +).
As usual, people are encouraged to just turn up on the day in order to receive the coaching as no prior booking is required. The £1 is payable to a member of coaching team on arrival.
