Please read the following information about the Free Tennis Sessions and the related terms & conditions:

* The coaching initiative is designed to provide participants with an opportunity to learn and enjoy the sport of Tennis at no cost. We hope that you will enjoy the TFF sessions and will continue your tennis on the FREE tennis courts at other times during the week. The sessions are open to all members of the community aged 4 years and above. We also welcome and encourage all participants to further their enjoyment of the sport by joining their local tennis club. If you enjoy the sessions and are able to help us sustain the initiative, please visit the 'Can you help?' link above.

* Your TFF 'Free Community Coaching' session will be administered by at least one qualified 'Tennis Professional'. The 'Tennis For Free' charity recognise the LTA (national governing body for Tennis) and RPT (an international tennis organisation) coaching qualifications and your 'Lead Coach' will possess one of these qualifications. Other members of the coaching team at your site are likely to posses 'Community Coaching Awards' or 'Tennis Coach Assistant' qualifications. All members of the coaching team at all sites are CRB (Criminal Records Bereau) checked and cleared.

* By attending a TFF 'Free Community Coaching' session you are taking full responsibility for your health and safety including that of any children that you bring to the sessions. We advise you to inform a member of coaching staff of any medical conditions that may affect you or your child during the TFF session. In such cases, the information provided is for information purposes only and you will be responsible for yourself and child’s health during a TFF session. The 'Tennis For Free' charity require that all children under 9 years of age are to have their parent/guardian at the site for the full duration of the session. In the event of an accident or injury, a TFF coaching member may administer first aid. An offer of first aid (ie plasters, bandages, ice pack) can be rejected if chosen.

* From time to time, TFF staff will take photos of the TFF session for promotion purposes. These photos maybe displayed on our website (www.tennisforfree.com) and Facebook Page and may also be forwarded to existing and prospective sponsors. If you don’t want yourself or child to feature in any photos, it is your responsibility to inform a member of the coaching team who will make sure that you do not feature on any photos of the TFF session

* If you wish to bring attention to something in a TFF session, please consult the 'lead coach'. If the matter is not urgent, we welcome you to bring the matter of attention to us via either the 'contact us' / 'feedback' links above. We welcome your feedback on the sessions both positive and negative and endeavor to provide you with best tennis experience at all times.
